Man of Woes

Creator of the skies; when darkness fell upon the earth, you were the light.
How distressing was the night that followed your atoning death into the chasmic grave.
Next day, He rose alive, and appeared to those who’d followed Him throughout His time on earth. Resurrection unto life; He tasted death for everyone reserved for Him to save.
His name surpasses time; the elected saints will praise him forevermore.
And death was swallowed whole, and cast aside. In victory He will return to redeem and judge the world. Until that day, we ought to live consistent with all revelation.
A vast and great treasure of life to guide our way through darkness and turmoil.
All those who have dwelled in creation will see His favor or face retribution.
