See, a king will reign in righteousness
And rulers will rule with justice

Each one will be like a shelter from the wind
And a refuge from the storm

Like streams of water in the desert
And the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land

Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed
And the ears of those who hear will listen
The fearful heart will know and understand

Nor the scoundrel be highly respected

For fools speak folly

And spread error concerning the Lord

Scoundrels use wicked methods

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high
He will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness
He will be the sure foundation for your times
A rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge

The Lord will march out like a champion
Like a warrior he will stir up his zeal
With a shout he will raise the battle cry
And will triumph over his enemies

The desert and the parched land will be glad
The wilderness will rejoice and blossom

Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom
It will rejoice greatly and shout for joy
